Well, the grader is messed up. After looking at the code, I want to vomit. I'll fix it later tonight, and re-grade everything. I may go back and re-grade prior years, to see how badly it has been screwing up. I can't wait to see my beautiful new grader code, when I finish it.

Update: Fixed. I'm amazed that it ever worked.
